PONTIS is an international art production and project management studio for contemporary art, based in Berlin and Venice, with operations across Europe and Latin America.

Specializing in the production of exhibitions, installations, site-specific projects, and large-scale artworks, PONTIS collaborates with artists, galleries, museums, biennials, foundations, and cultural institutions to develop and deliver complex projects. The studio provides comprehensive production solutions that combine strategic planning, technical excellence, and rigorous project management at every stage of the process.

Founded by Julia Terzano and Luciana Massarino, PONTIS was born from the convergence of two international careers spanning more than twenty years in art production, exhibition coordination, and cultural project management. Drawing on extensive experience across museums, biennials, galleries, art fairs, and independent art spaces, together with a strong international network of collaborators, the studio assembles tailored multidisciplinary teams for each project, integrating specialists according to the specific requirements of every production.

With a permanent presence in Berlin and Venice, PONTIS serves as a strategic bridge, coordinating artists, institutions, architects, conservators, fabricators, specialized art shippers, and local technical teams. From conceptual development and project planning to fabrication, logistics, installation, and on-site coordination, PONTIS delivers an end-to-end production service that ensures technical precision, operational efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail throughout every phase of the project.

By structuring bespoke teams for each commission and working seamlessly across international contexts, PONTIS transforms complex artistic visions into successfully realized projects, combining local expertise with global coordination and the highest standards of contemporary art production.
